A high-style noir that unfolds in the wake of a jewel heist gone bloodily awry. Two detectives (Michael Buscemi and Fisher Stevens) examining surveillance footage of the crime uncover the nefarious world of gem dealer Seth Collison (Nestor Serrano), whose arsenal of 21 cameras have kept watch over his wealth as zealously as the private affairs of his girlfriend Belinda (Rebecca Mader). The deeper the detectives look, the clearer it becomes that the crime in question is anything but open and shut.
