When Brazil’s government seizes its citizens’ private savings, Paco’s elderly mother has a heart attack and dies, leaving him grief-stricken, penniless, and alone. His only hope of leaving Brazil for a new start in his mother’s beloved San Sebastian, Spain is to smuggle a diamond-laden violin case into Portugal. But when he arrives in Lisbon, his go-between is murdered and the violin case with the contraband diamonds is stolen. His dream now turned nightmare, Paco must run for his life.
