A Chinese road movie where a group of supposedly normal people is confronted with a situation that sends their lives and routines spinning out of control. Take a driver, Xiao Wang, and a beautician, Molly, add a few thieves, a veteran police officer and a drunken TV station executive and draw them together as a brutal robbery goes horribly wrong. Desperate lives, schemes and desires collide with the heist of ancient Chinese coins. The characters must decide whether to take a risk or play it safe.
