Forever Lulu

A warm-hearted romantic comedy sparked by the free-spirited Lulu (Melanie Griffith) who bolts from psychiatric care to inform her ex-boyfriend Ben (Patrick Swayze) that he's the father of her 16-year-old boy. His marriage to Claire (Penelope Ann Miller) and his TV writing career both in a slump, Ben jumps at the chance to hit the road with Lulu, bound for Wisconsin where he hopes to reunite with his long-lost son. Along the way, the spunky Lulu tries to rekindle their affair, and Ben finds his old groove returning in her high-spirited company. But the journey also gives Ben the chance to re-evaluate his own life, and, as Claire hops aboard a plane to intercept her straying husband, the two get a much-needed reminder of all they mean to each other.
