In post-9/11 New York City, a handful of professional women, deep into their careers, stumble into each other’s lives. Lila makes documentary films that ironically bite the hand that feeds her and Anke is a success-driven actress, just in from Germany. Tina is a disaffected model having trouble handling her success, not to mention the young female admirer who just might be stalking her. Amber is Tina’s stylist who also photographs vegetables and is unhappy unless she’s always busy. When life’s complications interrupt the flow of their lives, everyone is forced to take a long look inside and decide what it is that they truly want.
