I'm a huge fan of "River's Edge" and I was hoping to get something in that same vein. I think it was the male lead that I couldn't get past; his acting was horrible. Maybe it's not his fault though. Maybe the director said, "Just try to act like you're Keanue Reeves and Mitch Hedberg's bastard child." In which case, he's perfect, and I just hate the charracter. Also, The cinematography looked cheap. Don't shoot on video if you can't make it look better than a home movie. |
