I thoroughly enjoyed the interview, as I've only seen him in a couple films. He comes off as humble, thoughtful, and even better-looking than on screen. |

She took me by surprise with her wit, colorful beauty, and snappy dialog. The story has depth that belies its effervescense. As you can see from these reviews, the reaction is faceted.
Being the eternal optimist, I see the ending a manifestation of getting your cake and eating it, too. We should all expect of ourselves that we follow our hearts and try to reconcile our lives with our hopes. However, I can see where others find some aspects of the film challenging.
Still, Paheli stands out to me as an example of multi-layered storytelling and accessible wit. Is it perfect, no, but if you're looking for a lovely entrant into Bollywood romance, I can wholeheartedly recommend this picture. |

Looking forward to seeing Moore skew another inept American institution. Hopefully, he'll suggest some good ways of suturing the wounds. :) |

Nice use of imagery, especially the set backgrounds between S. Asia and the US. |
