“Consistently funny, surprisingly well-timed, and possessed of a devastating performance by Stacy Keach…”—Film Freak Central
Before Pineapple Express, the comic duo of Richard “Cheech” Marin and Tommy Chong were the reigning kings of stoner comedy. In their film debut they play a pair of itinerant musicians who meet completely by chance. Their meandering adventures eventually land them behind the wheel of a van made entirely from marijuana resin, and their ongoing quest for good times land them in the sights of a hopelessly square cop (Stacy Keach).
