Frank the former British Special Operations officer, now an expatriate underworld driver, a "transporter", is now in Miami Florida doing a favour for a friend, he is chauffeur for the son [Jack] of a wealthy government narcotics control policymaker. Jack is kidnapped by a mercenary and his extremely beautiful, lingerie clad, maniacally homicidal apprentice who plan to use the boy to spread a fast acting fatal virus to his father and the narcotics control officials. With time rapidly running out for Jack, his family and the government officials, Frank must use his skill to find the antidote. Once again the action sequences are spectacular and Jack's seeming superhero abilities are edge of your seat exciting.
