An internet stalker uses unsuspecting teens as guinea pigs in his body modification rituals in this demented film written by and starring Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider. When Captain Howdy (Dee Snider) kidnaps the daughter of detective Mike Gage (Kevin Gage), he is hunted down and eventually caught. His crimes warrant a stay in a mental hospital, which he exits completely rehabilitated... at least until the townsfolk beat him within and inch of his life. With renewed hatred, he starts his life of crime anew and it may once again be up to Detective Gage to end his reign of terror once and for all.
