Soft Kill

Private eye Jack Ramsey (Michael Harris) lands in hot water when his mistress -- the D.A.'s wife -- is found murdered, and all clues point to him as the culprit. From then on, Ramsey is both the hunter and the hunted as he tries to pin down who's out to frame him. He finds an unlikely ally in Jane (Carrie Anne-Moss), the murdered woman's sister, and sparks quickly fly between them. But as the conspiracy against Ramsey grows, he finds it impossible -- even dangerous -- to trust anyone, except himself.
