A series of bizarre events along a deserted stretch of road are just the beginning of the strangest night of one woman's life. Senga (Madeline Stowe) and her daughter Nat (Mischa Barton) are on their way home from Nat's birthday party when they meet a strange backpacker (Bijou Phillips). After an intense argument with her mother about a particular birthday present, Nat runs away with the strange backpack-clad woman and is soon targeted by a strange cars-and-blood obsessed cult. It's up to Senga to rescue her daughter before she too becomes one of the auto-obsessed cultists. Featuring an effectively moody score by electronica artist Orbital.
