A muder investigation at San Francisco's Presidio military base reunites a city cop and his former commander in this action-packed thriller from Peter Hyams (THE MUSKETEER). Jay Austen (Mark Harmon) is a San Francisco police officer who is less than happy to work with Lt. Col. Alan Caldwell (Sean Connery), his one-time Army boss, on the investigation into the shocking killing. They'll have to put aside their dislike of each other if they hope to catch the criminal and close one of the most shocking murder cases San Francisco has ever seen.
