A visually stunning, dark and twisted film about two brothers' entry into the violent social codes of Denmark's seedy underworld. Upon release from prison, Janus learns that his younger brother, Jakob has run away from his foster family's care. Together they start working for the brutal gang leader, Lasse, roughing up the elderly and robbing them of their prescription medications to sell on the street. When Janus falls for Eva, Lasse's sister, the violence escalates as all three struggle to survive in the cruel, sinister world of desperation and debauchery.
