"Perfect Heat" is a surreal, sci-fi short film about anxiety. A mysterious female doctor subjects a patient to experimental drawing therapies. The experiments begin in the antiseptic interior of a laboratory, followed by frenzied and color saturated flashbacks into the patient's mind, and finally the doctor and patient are conducting a seemingly banal interview on a neutral talk show stage. The response to panic generates different worlds in the patient's mind and it is unclear which is 'real'. The doctor and patient are connected in different roles across these realities as lovers, torturers and professionals. We are left with the patient's reflection on the nature of his anxiety and inner worlds.
