An aerobics instructor with a gorgeous body is the target of evil in this action packed ninja-fest from director Sam Firstenberg. Christie (Lucinda Dickey) had no idea that her career in aerobics would be cut short by an evil, vengeful ninja, but that's exactly what happens to her one day when she comes to the aid of a strange dying man and is possessed by his spirit. Soon, Christie's body is used for more horrible things than jazzercise, and it's up to a good ninja to expel the evil from her before it can use her to kill again.
