In a futuristic metropolis, a nefarious drug corporation is poisoning the competition's supply in order to corner the world's pharmaceutical market. Cyber-punks roam the streets like vigilantes engaging in turf wars with drug cartels, and the criminal underworld is locked in a death match with America's corporate armies.
