Mockingbird Don't Sing

Thirteen-year-old Katie knows nothing of the outside world and has never learned to speak. Virtually imprisoned by her delusional parents, strapped to a “potty-chair” since she was a year and a half, she is feral and raw. When Katie is finally “rescued,” she falls prey to a number of opportunistic medical doctors and psychologists, most of whom want only to poke and prod her for their own self-serving purposes. But one woman, Sandra Tannen, desires only to help free the beautiful girl she knows is hiding inside this strange and wild child.
