This film shows rare footage of the showroom of renowned royal couturier Sir Norman Hartnell, in the last stages of preparation for his Spring Collection which included designs created especially for HM Queen Elizabeth. The elegant designs and sumptuous fabrics are shown off in an early British colour process called Dufaycolor.
