When mob boss Tony (Danny Aiello) learns that Nina (Ivan Milicevic), a Russian mail-order bride, has scammed him out of a fortune, then high-tailed it home, he orders his blundering nephew Anthony (Robert Capelli, Jr.) to retrieve her and the loot. Once in Russia, things go way off track as Anthony soon has the KGB, FBI, and the Russian mafia on his heels. But Anthony has more tricks up his sleeve than he lets on, and turns the tables on his pursuers with a madcap scheme sure to win laughs.
