Mad Dogs

A strange plague called “Mad Dog Disease" is wreaking havoc across near-future London, leading to the abolishment of all dogs from Britain. Rabbie Burns (Iain Fraser), a young man with a history of mental illness, has just been given a clean bill of (mental) health by his psychiatrist, but, no sooner does he leave his doctor’s office that the city begins to "speak" to him. The voices announce to Rabbi that he has 36 hours to stop a series of mysterious experiments being carried out by the world's top labs before supernatural forces watching over Earth decide to exterminate all human life. To help Rabbie on this formidable mission are his only two friends: the sexy Narendra (Indira Varma), a TV reseacher, and Jimmy Joyce (Paul Barber), a homeless vagrant. These three comprise humanity's last stand in the face of Armageddon.
