Former drug dealer Carmine "Istante" Cavelli (writer/director Silvio Pollio) has reformed, and is working hard to complete an independent film. Desperate for financing, Carmine returns to his old neighborhood, and his old habits, hoping to fund his project with drug sales. The underworld eagerly welcomes Carmine back into the darkness, and he soon finds himself falling prey to his surroundings.
