John is a carefree young man with little ambition and an undying love for his girlfriend. When he awakes one morning to find her lying dead beside him, we are taken on a journey of troubling recollections and emotional decline. Eventually, we discover the disturbing images of her are hallucinations caused by a severe depression. Unable to escape from the truth, John has no choice but to confront the reality he has long rejected.
