Buster Keaton slapsticks his way through comedic genius as America's most unlikely cowboy in this silent classic. His adventure starts when he longs for bigger things and leaves his small town for New York City. However the Big Apple bites him hard and soon he is back on a train looking for somewhere else to call home. He falls off of the train near a ranch and is recruited to be a cattle rustler. Soon this inexperienced cowboy is alone on a train with 1000 cattle, heading to Los Angeles with the fate of the farm resting on his shoulders.
