Ghost In The Shell: Individual Eleven

This sprawling feature (artfully edited down from an entire season of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) pits the cyber-crime investigators of Section 9 against a terrorist cell known as the Individual Eleven. Japan is flooded with 3 million refugees, who arouse the ire of isolationist elements within the nation.
