Fried Dragon Fish

Software rep Poo Ling-Wong (Miyoko Yoshimoto) arrives at a small detective firm to help with its database, and, instead, stumbles into the fishiest of mysteries: A rare and highly prized tropical fish is stolen, and Poo's smarts and hacking skills point to a financier of international terrorism as the culprit. Nabbing the thief proves harder than imagined, though, after Poo encounters the strange and attractive Natsuro (Tadanobu Asano), a rare-fish collector and all-around mystery man who proves to be Poo's most dangerous foil, and connected to the robbery in deadly and terrifying ways.
