Extreme Movie is the tale of a likable geek (Soul Plane's Ryan Pinkston) trying to score the girl of his dreams. The numerous digressions along his epic (and extreme!) journey through the pitfalls of puberty include the search of a friend (Juno's Michael Cera) for love on the Internet; another chum (Frankie Muniz) whose once-virgin girlfriend is bent on taking their relationship "to the next level"; and an unforgettable puppet named Blue Ballsy. Saturday Night Live alums Will Forte and Andy Samberg contributed to the script.

Extreme Movie (formerly Parental Guidance Suggested; known as Hotdogs & Doughnuts: An Extreme Movie in Australia) is a 2008 film composed of sketches focusing on teen sex. The comedy's skits cover topics such as being in a porno, "the next level", and a guy who loves Abraham Lincoln. Adam Jay Epstein and Andrew Jacobson direct, with segments co-written by SNL-ers Will Forte, Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. The ensemble cast includes Frankie Muniz, Ryan Pinkston, Jamie Kennedy, Andy Milonakis, Matthew Lillard, and Michael Cera.
