Billions of years ago a massive alien structure crashed into the Earth. Now, it has reemerged, causing the planet to erupt in natural disasters and widespread panic. The task of setting things right rests in the hands of weapons specialist Mason Rand (David Keith), who discovers that the mysterious alien mass hovering over the planet's surface is, in fact, a doorway to another world.
