Elevator Movie

This profoundly offbeat film makes use of minimal resources to craft a bizarre fantasy that is equal parts nightmare and human drama. An elevator is stuck between floors, stranding two people: Jim, a withdrawn loner who nurses perverse sexual fantasies; and Lana, a born-again Christian who has forsaken her wild past. The minutes turn into hours, and as Jim and Lana lose hope of ever escaping the elevator, a curious bond begins to form between them. A strange indie opus, for fans of Lynch, Buñuel, and Cronenberg.
