The zombie genre gets fresh meat in this export from Ireland that tackles the un-dead, homicidal cows, disease, and tourists. Hell on earth is unleashed when a mutated strain of mad cow disease infects an idyllic countryside, transforming all in its path into crazed, flesh-eating zombies.
