A quiet resort town welcomes two mysterious new residents: the shady Bobby Delano and his nephew Frank. The two men purchase the town's carnival, setting events in motion that unearth a murder/suicide that the town had thought buried. The revelations and conflicts that come to light threaten to rip the town asunder, and one young woman finds herself in particular danger when Frank comes calling.
