It's All About Love

John (Joaquin Phoenix) is en route from his home in Poland to a teaching job in Canada, and arrives in New York to obtain his wife Elena´s (Claire Danes) signature on their divorce documents. Married as childhood sweethearts, their lives have taken different directions: John´s to an academic career; Elena´s as an international skating mega-star.
