Hi. I'm sorry you are having trouble downloading movies on Jaman. Here are a couple of things to try: 1. Makeu sure you have enough disk space. 8 movies is going to require about 16-20Gb of free disk space. 2. You may want to try pausing all of the downloads except 1 and downloading the movies 1 at a time. If you are looking at the library view in the Jaman player, click on the "Pause" button in the download status area for each movie you want to pause.

My library shows that Gunga Jumna and Shamilee are both downloaded. They are not showing and my computer file shows that 0 bytes are downloaded. The other movies have now been downloaded successfully.

Gunga Jumna and Shamilee are still not available for my viewing. Please fix or arrange free download as I have paid for these two movies.

You are not being professional - if you are providing a paid for service you should be able to resolve a problem which is almost one month old. I am still unable to view the two movies, Guga Jumna and Shamilee, surely all you need to do is to allow me to download these movies again at no cost.
