I am not sure if the problem is w/ your provided services w/ them. If you payed the balance of the approximate amount, I do not understand why those people given you such a difficult time with tickets.

My suggestion to you is to just drop it. You have nothing to loose. Don't aloud people of those kind get the best of you. It is only $5.00 dollars. Don't make a huge deal out of it.

5.00 is a lot to me. If this company does this to millions of people and those people just think it's only 5.00, then this company would be stealing from it's customers. They just need to fix it. I sent the copy of my receipt, customer support needs to support the customers and make them happy so they will remain customers and recommend them to others. I have never worked at a place that didnot make their customers happy no matter how much or how little the transaction was. In a America you do not stay in business long if you don't take care of your customers. Paying customer keeps the employees and owners paid. It isn't right to pay for a service or/an item and not get what you paid for.
