Jaman - Suggestions and Issues - Where's my 3 Free Tickets????

Hey....I'm a new member. The link to register was on the cinequest page and stated I would get 3 free movies. So, i registered, but no free movies. And yes, I checked under my account for "tickets". None. Great. So now what? I want the 3 free tickets as advertised. I've gone ahead and purchased one movie because I didn't have the patience to seek out the answer to this question at the time. However, here I am now wondering when my 3 movie tickets will appear?
