I am having exactly the same problem as reported here. The progress bar just shows starting movie download. The progress never passes 0%. Have had the download running for hours, tried rebooting. No improvement. Internet connection OK (I am posting this message via same computer). PLEASE HELP!

I am having the same problem on just one of the movies I purchased. I have successfully downloaded one movie prior to this and two movies afterwards, so I don't believe the problem is on my end. I've already tried deleting the movie that won't download from my library and restarting the download, and it still doesn't work. I've sent an email to customer service and so far gotten nothing back except an automatic response. I'll wait another three days for a customer service response and then contest the charge with my credit card company.
