linux support, please!

I'd like to be able to watch your movies on computers that run Linux (ubuntu) Since ubuntu linux is is the forefront of emerging linux systems and you are a leader in the movie download business, how about your talking with the ubunto folks and figuring out how folks using linux can use your service?

Hi Rosebud, Yeah, we would love to have a Linux version, but we don't have the surplus development time available for it right now. You could try using something like WINE that runs Windows apps in a Linux environment, but I don't personally know how well that works.

i just wasted a free movie ticket because I tried to download a movie onto my Ubuntu/Linux computer. Is there someway (a customer service line) I can retrieve the lost credit?

Many of Jaman's movies are available to watch in your web browser - just look for the 'Online' option under viewing options for the movie you're interested in. Also customer service requests can be submitted at http://www.jaman.com/feedback
