downloading of movies is so, so , so , so slow ... the next you know it's gone ... how can you rent a movie which take days to download

Sorry you're having trouble. We have very high-quality downloads so you get a great movie-watching experience once you finish the download. If your internet connection is not very fast sometimes they can take a long time. If you can't get to a faster internet connection, make sure you're not running anything else that's taking a lot of bandwidth (ie bittorrent) and try to be patient.
