That's a great idea! We hope to move towards having the subtitle tracks much like DVDs at some point, where you can turn them on/off or select languages (including English). I'm not sure of the timetable at this point, however, so stay tuned...

i am deaf and wonder if there a way to have a closed captions or subtitle on those movies???? since i am deaf and i love to watch movies..if they could add like turn on/off closed captions or select subtitles..if they do add that..that way i can get all my deaf friends to join JAMAN.

Right now, many of our non-US titles have English subtitles. Jaman does not, however, currently offer subtitles or close captioning for movies in English.

This is under serious consideration for a future release but as cbaum (above) mentioned, the timetable to implement this feature is open.

Please add icon of CC or no CC on each movie so I dont waste time if there is no CC!! I am sick of hearing world ignore our need information or watch movies! We should treat equal all of them as color, race, disabilities issues... Time is change like President Obama say Let's change our attitude to any person! I don't recommend this website till you add subtitle then I'll spread the news on Facebooks cuz there is hundred thousand deaf/ hard of hearing person on it! Please do it A.S.A.P.
