Jaman - Suggestions and Issues - jaman will not accept payment information/ system error[30038] ...why?

After navigating this confusing site, I tried to purchase a movie and it keeps repeating the same message...saying internal error 30038. Then, to address it via customer service, the image for text at bottom will not show, so i can't enter it in the field aloocated to even forward an email. Someone tell me what is up with this site. iT SEEMS TO KEEP SHUTTING ME OUT WITH NO ACCESS TO MOVIES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE1
