First of all I want to say that I appreciate that Jaman is here. I have ready plenty of criticism and some may be unduly harsh and unreasonable. Having said that I have determined that I am not going to make any future movie purchases until:
1) There is some system, or acknowledgment of movies that have will not stream, or download. The reason being that I have lost several rented movies that regardless of how many times attempted, simply would not function and it was my loss.
2) There is some form of response to problems incurred. Again regarding #1, I had emailed and left more than one comment about those failures and never received any response. Yes, anyone and everyone is busy in this world, but I need to know that when I, simply, pay for five oranges that I get five and not two, or three.
I hope that Jaman can and has the interest to work these problems out. I am more than willing to contribute as that is the way I was built. I simply need to know. I simply need to be asked!
