Hi. What was the problem with the player? Will it simply not launch? Does it not play any of your movies? Or it simply cannot download new ones?

it just freezes before launching, although I erased all movies from my hard drive.

Try this: Open your MAC finder, go to: [your home folder] -> Library -> Application Support and delete the 'Jaman' folder

Restart your Jaman Player (Remember to stop it from the little Jaman leave on your menu bar if it's running)

I'm glad that worked for you. The problem isn't with your movies, so if you still have them in your trash can you can safely restore them
