Are you able to download other software? Usually there is a message at the top of the browser window to make sure you want to download the file. If you click on the message, you'll get the choice to download the file. The message looks like the picture below:

Yes, I am able to download other software files without any problem. The message that comes up when I try to download is: Security Alert ! Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded. In front. In back there is another box that states: 0% of Jaman-installer.exe fron download.Jaman.c.... This box has the cancel box highlighted, however I can not click on the box, because of the first box. I hope you are able to understand what I am trying say. I thank you for all your help.
