I don't know which changes you made but for me it is impossible now to to view the movie full screen. It stays small on my computer screen. I tries different screen settings but that doesn;'t work either. And watching a movie on a small screen is no fun to watch. Furthemore I try to download the movie on an external harddrive. It still downloads on the computer harddrive. When I change their direction to the computer harddrive, t seems like the movies go over but that doesn't change the full screen issue. I still get a white or black screen when I choose full screen.
