When I was in China, there were some Chinese films (martial arts) I couldn't view (must be part of the contract with the film-maker). When the internet connection is really slow - it has taken me days to download films. However, in the US - I have no problems. You might ask a question in the "Problems and Bugs" or "Feedback and Suggestion" section - be sure to talk about your computer set up and where you are located so they can try to solve your problem.

About this : sometimes you just need to restart your internet explorer windows. You close it, restart a new one and then it should work. I think it's a cookies and session problems.
