Submitting MY film to Jaman!

I would like to submit MY film for consideration on Jaman. Can anyone please tell me WHAT FORMAT - if my film were to be accepted - I would need to send you? HD? Digibeta? Data DVD? DVCAM? QuickTime Movie? Thank you for helping me with this issue!

It's a day-in-the-life story about a young Hollywood-hipster wannabe on the day his mother dies. It stars Devon Gummersall (remember him? he was in "MY SO-CALLED LIFE"!), Leslie Bibb (she's in a million things; "IRON MAN," "TALLADEGA NIGHTS," etc.), Eion Bailey (he's in "BAND OF BROTHERS" and lots of other stuff) and Arly Jover (a beautiful Spanish actress who was in "BLADE"). It's pretty dark and kinda shocking; one of the women dies in the end.
