Depends. Acting skill, I like Aamir Khan in Fanaa or Dil Chata Hai(the only 2 Aamir movies I have seen). My favorite Bollywood star is still Shahrukh Khan though. I love him in the scene in Kal Ho Naa Ho when he reads from Rohit's diary or in the gazebo with Kajol in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

It's changed over time, but my favorite male stars are Shashi Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, and Shahrukh Khan. I'm not sure there's a theme here, but for all of them I feel that when they're doing well, they're a joy to watch, no matter the role or story.
