The movie i have downloaded does not work

I am a new user to Jaman. With my free ticket i rented Provoked. I installed the software and downloaded the movie. However the movie does not work. The movie keeps stopping and starting and a green screen keeps appearing every few seconds. I have tried minimizing the screen and it still does not work. How do i fix this i would really like to watch this movie.

Hi halabolosa,

Please make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Jaman. Also, please make sure you have the latest video drivers for your computer.
