OFFICIAL CONTEST ENTRY RULES ("OFFICIAL RULES"): NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The "DOWN SIZE ME MOVIE REVIEW CONTEST" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Jaman.com ("Sponsor"). Void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER:
All entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on April 23, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 8, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). Here is how to enter:
To enter, visit the Jaman.com website located at: www.jaman.com (the "Site") during the Contest Period and register on Jaman by providing the following information: a user name; a password; email address; birth date; and gender. No entry fee, purchase or proof of payment is necessary to enter the Contest and will not improve your chances of winning. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) review per person. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an electronic entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information upon clicking the "submit" (or similar) button. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the individual who is the registered holder of the e-mail account. Multiple entries by the same person, whether using one or more e-mail accounts, will not be accepted and may result in disqualification of all entries. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will result in disqualification. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants' systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to any individual who is: * A legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia; * Twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have Internet access and an email account prior to start of Contest Period; * Registered on Jaman.com;
The Contest is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located in the United States.

WINNER SELECTION:
Participants will write a movie review of "Super Size Me" on Jaman.com. The writer of the review that receives the highest number of "I Like this Review" votes wins. Winner will be selected on May 8, 2008. All decisions in all matters relating to this Contest made by Sponsor are final. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of valid reviews received. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone promptly following drawing. In the case of a tie, winner will be randomly chosen by Sponsor.
GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS:
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release (collectively the "Release Forms"). The Release Forms must be completed, signed and notarized and returned within seven (7) days of receipt of attempted delivery to receive the specified prize, otherwise the specified prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
FORFEITURE OF PRIZE/SELECTION OF ALTERNATE WINNER:
Forfeiture of prize and the selection of an alternate (provided sufficient eligible entries are received) winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential winner does not respond to a notification email or phone call (with all requested information) within the required time as specified in the communications; (2) an email notification is returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) any prize notification/documentation/prize returned as undeliverable for any reason; (4) a potential winner is ineligible or cannot be notified or contacted; (5) a potential winner's inability to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry (if requested); (6) failure to respond to any other required time periods; (7) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. Proof of response by a potential winner does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. In all instances in which Sponsor notifies, or seeks to deliver a prize or otherwise attempts to contact an alternate winner, if such alternate winner is unavailable or disqualified or if the prize is returned as undeliverable within the time frames otherwise allotted for the initially selected winner, then Sponsor may use its judgment to determine disposition of the prize (randomly select another Entrant, donate the prize or forfeit and not award the prize) in Sponsor's sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
SPONSOR, AND ITS PARENT, OR JAMAN, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES INVOLVED IN THE CONTEST SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF ENTERING THE CONTEST, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred not to exceed $1000.00, including costs associated with entering this Contest.
TAMPERING:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest for any reason, including if: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of god, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, terrorism, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared). In such event, the prize winners will be selected by Sponsor by a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, or in such other fashion as shall be considered equitable in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
