Jeff Berg
Jeff Berg is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Creative Management, Inc. ("ICM"), a talent and literary agency representing clients in the fields of lectures, motion pictures, music, new media, news and public affairs, publishing, television, theater, and voice over. ICM, a privately held corporation, is one of the predominant agencies in the United States and Europe. ICM maintains its headquarters in Los Angeles, and has offices in New York and London.

Mr. Berg graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and received a Master of Liberal Art's Degree from the University of Southern California. He joined Creative Management Associates, Inc, one of ICM's predecessor agencies, in 1969 as a literary and film agent. He was named President of ICM in 1980, and became Chairman in 1985. Mr. Berg is one of the leading agents in the entertainment industry; his experience in representing artists and production companies applies to both the American and international marketplace, and he has worked extensively with global media, entertainment and telecommunication companies.

Mr. Berg is presently on the Board of Visitors of the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and also serves on the Board of Directors of Oracle Corporation and the American Film Institute. He was Co-Chair of the California Information Technology Council and a member of the California Entertainment Commission. He was awarded the Cavaliere Ufficiale of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Italy in 1991. Mr. Berg has lectured on management and finance in the arts at the London School of Economics.

William (Bill) Bradley
Senator William (Bill) Bradley, is a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC. From 2001-2004, he acted as chief outside advisor to McKinsey & Company's nonprofit practice. He was a Senior Advisor and Vice Chairman of the International Council of JP Morgan & Co., Inc. from 1997-1999. During that time, he also worked as an essayist for CBS evening news and was a visiting professor at Stanford University, University of Notre Dame and the University of Maryland.

Senator Bradley served in the U.S. Senate from 1979 - 1997 representing the state of New Jersey. In 2000, he was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. Prior to serving in the Senate, he was an Olympic gold medallist in 1964 and a professional basketball player with the New York Knicks from 1967 - 1977 during which time they won 2 NBA championships.

Senator Bradley holds a BA degree in American History from Princeton University and an MA degree from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He has authored five books on American politics, culture and economy. Currently, Senator Bradley hosts American Voices, a weekly show on Sirius Satellite Radio that highlights the remarkable accomplishments of Americans both famous and unknown.

Richard L. Chang
Richard Chang is the Managing Partner of Georgian Pine Investments LP, a special situations fund primarily investing in emerging growth companies.  He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Shine Media, a Shanghai based Special Purpose Acquisition Company.  Richard has backed many companies including Alphablox, Atheros, Beijing Lingtu, BitAuto, Blip.tv, Employease, ePinions, Onebox, Quantcast, Shawei, Skyflying Media, and TellMe.

Mr. Chang was formerly a General Partner at Bowman Capital Management, a $6 Billion Tiger Cub where he oversaw Asian Public investing and was a co-founding member of the Private Equity Group.  Prior to Bowman, Richard spearheaded business development in Asia for Sony Pictures Entertainment.  He co-founded Columbia Pictures Asia, the first Hollywood film studio to produce Mandarin Language Films (Producers of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Zhang Yimou's The Road Home and Not One Less).  Richard also served as CFO of SuperTV, Sony's Taiwanese Cable Channel.  Prior to Sony, Richard worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Lazard Freres where he specialized in healthcare and media.  

Mr. Chang serves as an advisor to the Chinese actress Gong Li, to Virgin Comics (a partnership between Richard Branson and Deepak Chopra) and to two Chinese investment funds: Gobi Partners (Digital Media Fund with Disney, IBM, NTT Docomo and McGraw-Hill as strategic partners) and to Infotech Pacific Ventures (the Venture Capital Affiliate of China's (MII) Ministry of Information Industry).  Mr. Chang holds an MA in Politics and Economics from Oxford University and a BSc. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dale Djerassi
Dale Djerassi, President of Djerassi Films, Inc., has produced and directed documentary films, including Nada Será Como Antes (Nothing Will Be As It Was), about the return of jazz musicians Flora Purim and Airto Moreira to Brazil, Bhutan -- A Strange Survival, the story of a unique Buddhist kingdom in the Himalayas and Oil on Ice, about the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the controversy over drilling for oil there.

He co-produced (with Barbet Schroeder) Koko - The Talking Gorilla, a feature-length documentary about the famed sign language-speaking gorilla. He produced '68, an independent feature film set in San Francisco in the turbulent year of 1968. He, also, executive produced The Horse Dealer's Daughter, a short feature adaptation of the D.H. Lawrence story and They Also Cry, a short feature based on a short story by Princess Raboff Lucaj. Additionally, Djerassi has produced plays - An Immaculate Misconception at the Eureka Theatre Company in San Francisco and Primary Stages in New York, Calculus at the Performing Arts Library and Museum in San Francisco and Lies Have Been Told in London and Edinburgh.

Djerassi received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Stanford University where he also studied documentary film production. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Film Arts Foundation in San Francisco and is a founding trustee of both the Djerassi Resident Artists Program in Woodside, California and the Vanguard Public Foundation in San Francisco.

William R. Hearst III
William R. Hearst III became a Director of The Hearst Corporation in 1979. He has served on the board of trustees of the Hearst Foundation since 1993. In 2003, Hearst was named President of the Foundation. In addition to his work with The Hearst Foundation, he is also a trustee of California Academy of Sciences, Carnegie Institution of Washington, Mathematical Sciences Research Institute, San Francisco Film Society, and Grace Cathedral of San Francisco.

In 1995, Will Hearst joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm located in Menlo Park, California. He continues his work with KPCB as a limited partner, and sits on the boards of Akimbo, Applied Minds, Juniper Networks, RGB Networks, and Hearst-Argyle Television. In addition, Hearst remains an active investor with a particular interest in the technology and media sector. He has recently joined the boards of Revver and inDplay.

Will Hearst was editor and publisher of the San Francisco Examiner from 1984 until 1995. He is a 1972 graduate of Harvard University, holding an AB degree in Mathematics.

Mike Hsieh
Michael Hsieh is the President of Lee & Fung International Inc., the U.S. advisor to LF Venture Capital. He was formerly with R.H. Chappell Co., a San Francisco venture capital firm. Previously he worked at Merrill Lynch's Corporate Finance Division in New York City and at Sun Hung Kai Securities, a major Hong Kong brokerage firm. Mr. Hsieh obtained his B.A. degree from Harvard College and M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.

Ed Pressman
Over the past 30 years, Edward R. Pressman has produced more than 70 motion pictures. He has received achievement awards from the French Cinematheque, the Museum of Modern Art, London's National Film Theatre, Pacific Film Archives, and American Film Magazine which ranked Mr. Pressman as the best producer of the 1980's based on a nationwide poll of American Film Critics.

Riyad Shahjahan
Riyad Shahjahan is a Managing Director in Citigroup Global Markets' Technology Investment Banking Group in Palo Alto. Prior to joining Citigroup in 2000, Mr. Shahjahan was an Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston's New York M&A Group. Mr. Shahjahan received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, MSc from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from The American University.

Riyad has deep industry knowledge and relationships within the semiconductor, consumer electronics, storage, imaging, storage sub-systems, and related sectors. His notable clients include Freescale, AMD, Intel, Hewlett Packard, Broadcom, Seagate, Cisco, Philips, Thomson, Sony, Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Samsung, Acer, Compal, etc. His notable technology transactions include: $17.6B leveraged buyout of Freescale Semiconductor; $3B sale of Maxtor to Seagate; $11.3B leveraged buyout of SunGard; $3B restructuring of the AMD/Fujitsu flash memory joint venture; and, sale of Cognet Microsystems to Intel.
